Tip Top Therapy is run by Nick Millington. Nick has over 10 years experience of delivering 1st class massage therapy to a range of individuals. From office workers to professional athletes, Nick has helped many people with their muscular pain.

Qualifications

Sports Massage and Exercise Therapy - BA Honours degree - University of Derby 2011.

  • VTCT Level 4 in Sports Massage Therapy.

  • 10+ years experience.

  • 1st team Therapist at Yorkshire Carnegie Rugby Union (formerly known as Leeds Tykes)

  • 1st team Therapist at Castleford Tigers Rugby League Club.

  • Provided treatment for the New Zealand team at the Rugby Union World Cup in 2025.

  • ​Worked with international teams at the U20 Rugby World Cup.

  • Provided treatment to elite sportsmen such as Paul Scholes and Kevin Sinfield. 

  • Helped 100's of people become pain free across Leeds and Bradford.
